Job Description

To perform UAT regarding development requirements raised by the Operations Department pertaining to Account Opening as well as transaction processing through digital and offline i.e., form-based platform.

Job Responsibilities

The overall purpose of this role is to be responsible for the delivery of the customer service experience, ensuring exceptional customer interaction while dealing with senior management, leaving guests and callers with a positive, professional and lasting impression.

Requirements

  • At least Intermediate or above
  • 02 - 04 years of relevant experience preferably in corporate environment
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Conversational English, Service Delivery, Customer Services, Facilities & Building Operations Management, Ms. Office.
