Job Description

To perform UAT regarding development requirements raised by the Operations Department pertaining to Account Opening as well as transaction processing through digital and offline i.e., form-based platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment of Direct Sales Force (DSFs) and insurance agents while ensuring compliance with SECP regulations and company policies.
  • Manage code issuance and conduct AML screening before onboarding.
  • Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of contract letters while maintaining records.
  • Conduct thorough background verification.
  • Facilitate the induction of employees into the health insurance plan and manage claims processing efficiently.
  • Coordinate and oversee the issuance of company vehicles, emails, and IT Equipment’s to eligible sales staff in line with company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science
  • Fresh to 1 Year of experience
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, problem-solving and proactive approach
