Job Description
To perform UAT regarding development requirements raised by the Operations Department pertaining to Account Opening as well as transaction processing through digital and offline i.e., form-based platform.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment of Direct Sales Force (DSFs) and insurance agents while ensuring compliance with SECP regulations and company policies.
- Manage code issuance and conduct AML screening before onboarding.
- Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of contract letters while maintaining records.
- Conduct thorough background verification
- Facilitate the induction of employees into the health insurance plan and manage claims processing efficiently.
- Coordinate and oversee the issuance of company vehicles, emails, and IT Equipment’s to eligible sales staff in line with company policies.
Requirements
- Graduate
- Fresh to 1 Year of experience
- Strong coordination and organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, problem-solving and proactive approach
