Job Description

To perform UAT regarding development requirements raised by the Operations Department pertaining to Account Opening as well as transaction processing through digital and offline i.e., form-based platform.

Job Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to monitor, maintain, and support the computer systems and networks. The incumbent will be responsible for installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and resolving technical and application-related problems—either remotely or in person.

Requirements

• 02-04 years relevant experience in IT
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science
• Hardware & software problem diagnosis & its rectification, Troubleshooting of LAN, WAN & systems, Installation & configuration of Linux/ Ubuntu OS, IT inventory Management, Knowledge of emerging technologies, Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, a Team player
